MANUFACTURING

01. Material Selection

Every strong motorbike shoe begins with the right materials. At Hazika Footwear, we carefully select materials based on durability, flexibility, comfort, protection and the intended riding environment.

Depending on the project, materials may include leather, microfiber, textile, mesh, protective reinforcements, linings and specialized sole components. Each material is reviewed to ensure it is suitable for the required construction and performance level.

Material selection is also adapted to the customer’s brand positioning, target market and budget. This allows us to create footwear that balances performance, appearance and commercial requirements.

02. Cutting

Once materials and patterns are finalized, the cutting process begins. Each footwear component is cut according to the approved design and pattern specifications to maintain accuracy and consistency.

Careful cutting is important because even small variations can affect the final fit, stitching and overall appearance of the footwear. Our production team focuses on precision while also minimizing unnecessary material waste.

After cutting, all components are organized and prepared for the next manufacturing stages. This helps maintain an efficient production flow and ensures every part is ready for assembly.

03. Stitching

The upper components are joined together through precise stitching to form the main structure of the footwear. This stage requires experienced workmanship because stitching affects both durability and appearance.

Different sections of the upper may require different stitching techniques depending on the materials, reinforcement areas and design details. Special attention is given to high-stress areas that require additional strength.

Throughout the stitching process, alignment, seam quality and overall construction are checked carefully. This ensures that each upper maintains a consistent shape before moving into the assembly stage.

04. Assembly

During assembly, the stitched upper is combined with the internal structure, protective elements and other footwear components. This is where the individual parts begin to take the shape of the final motorbike shoe.

The assembly process may include the installation of reinforcement panels, ankle protection, padding, toe and heel structures, closure systems and other technical components specified for the design.

Each component must be positioned accurately to maintain comfort, protection and visual consistency. Our team follows the approved specifications closely before the footwear proceeds to sole attachment.

05. Sole Attachment

The sole is one of the most important structural components of motorbike footwear. It must provide reliable grip, durability, flexibility and a secure connection with the upper.

During this stage, the prepared upper and sole are carefully aligned and bonded using the appropriate manufacturing process. Pressure and positioning are controlled to ensure a strong and consistent attachment.

After the sole is applied, the footwear is checked for alignment, bonding and overall construction. This helps ensure that the finished product can withstand the demands of regular riding and everyday use.

06. Quality Control

Quality control is carried out throughout production, with a detailed inspection performed before the footwear is approved for packaging. Each pair is reviewed against the confirmed product specifications.

Our team checks areas such as stitching, construction, sole bonding, sizing, branding, protective components, finishing and overall appearance. Any product that does not meet the required standard is identified before dispatch.

This process helps maintain consistency across bulk orders and provides customers with greater confidence in the finished product. Quality control is an essential part of our commitment to reliable B2B manufacturing.

07. Packaging

Once the footwear has passed final inspection, it moves to the packaging stage. Each pair is prepared carefully to protect the product during storage, handling and transportation.

Packaging can be customized according to the customer’s private-label requirements, including branded shoe boxes, labels, tissue paper, hangtags, inserts and other packaging elements.

Before dispatch, packed orders are checked against the confirmed quantities and specifications. The final shipment is then prepared for delivery according to the customer’s agreed logistics and destination requirements.
