1. Idea

Every strong motorbike shoe begins with the right materials. At Hazika Footwear, we carefully select materials based on durability, flexibility, comfort, protection and the intended riding environment.

Depending on the project, materials may include leather, microfiber, textile, mesh, protective reinforcements, linings and specialized sole components. Each material is reviewed to ensure it is suitable for the required construction and performance level.

Material selection is also adapted to the customer’s brand positioning, target market and budget. This allows us to create footwear that balances performance, appearance and commercial requirements.

2. Design

The design stage transforms your idea into a more defined footwear concept. We consider the overall shape, proportions, construction, protection areas, closure system and visual styling of the product.

Technical details are developed according to your requirements so the design is suitable for manufacturing. This may include the placement of panels, reinforcements, logos, stitching lines and other functional elements.

The design is reviewed before sample development to make sure it reflects your brand direction and intended market. Any necessary adjustments can be made before moving to the next stage.

3. Materials

The right materials are essential for durability, comfort, appearance and performance. We help select suitable upper materials, linings, reinforcements, soles and other components based on the requirements of the footwear.

Material options may include leather, microfiber, textile, mesh, protective materials and different sole constructions. The final selection depends on the intended use, target price, design and desired quality level.

Colours, textures and finishes can also be coordinated with your brand identity. Once the materials are approved, they become part of the final product specification used for sample development and production.

4. Customization

Customization allows the footwear to be developed specifically for your brand and market. You can customize colours, materials, branding, stitching, protective features, closure systems, soles and other design details.

Branding options can include logos, labels, insoles, rubber patches, printed elements, embossed details and other suitable applications depending on the construction of the product.

Packaging can also be incorporated into the customization process. This creates a complete private-label product rather than simply placing a logo on a standard design.

5. Sample

Before bulk production begins, a prototype sample is developed according to the confirmed design and specifications. This gives you the opportunity to see and evaluate the actual product before committing to a larger order.

The sample can be reviewed for materials, construction, fit, colours, branding, protection features and overall finishing. Any required changes can be discussed and adjusted at this stage.

Once the sample meets your requirements, final approval is given. The approved sample then becomes the reference for bulk manufacturing.

6. Production

After sample approval, the project moves into bulk production. Manufacturing follows the confirmed specifications, materials, construction details, branding and packaging requirements.

Quality checks are carried out throughout the production process to maintain consistency across the order. Important areas such as stitching, assembly, sole bonding, finishing and branding are monitored carefully.

Once production is complete, the finished footwear is inspected, packed and prepared for dispatch. The objective is to deliver a consistent product that matches the approved sample and represents your brand professionally.
